Our despatch times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

During busier periods it can sometimes take up to two working days for your order to be shipped. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, may only be shipped on Monday.
Delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year etc).
Unfortunately due to the current Canada Post strikes we are unable to ship to Canada.

Good news! We now ship all Canadian orders from our new Canada warehouse, which means you won’t be charged any customs duties or import taxes.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Once your order reaches Canada, all orders are delivered with Canada Post.
Accidentally used the wrong address or need it shipped elsewhere? You can edit the delivery address within 60 minutes* of placing your order. Just log in, make the change and you’re set!
*Please note that if you have ordered with an Express Shipping service, you will be unable to edit your address. This is down to us wanting to ship your order out as quickly as we can.
